Materials: High density soft tulle with raw edges, one tier, metal comb. The 3D flowers are each adorned with delicate pearls, and more pearls are scattered all throughout the length of the veil. The pearls are fastened to the tulle with delicate pegs, not glued, so they are not in danger of falling off.
